We rented a car and the rental person offered us a discount on tours and on the rental as well if we had breakfast at a hotel he represented he said they were gonna show us the hotel to see if we would like to stay there the next time we came for holidays!He said it would take 1 1/2-2 hours max!

We gave him 200 pesos deposit(he said it was 100% refundable after the hotel tour) we met the next morning with him he took us to the hotel it was valet parking so assured us we didn't need to pay for that! Anyways we went in we waited for around 20 min for someone to attend to us after that it was all smiles by a sales woman she took us in chatted another 30-45 min after that she took us around different hotels showing us the views from the top of the hotels! Showing us the rooms and telling us how good they were after around 45 min she finally took us to have breakfast it took another 30-40 for breakfast! After breakfast we went to another room by that time we had had enough and told her that the rental person said it was only gonna take 2 hours max!

She responded by saying our time starts NOW! 1 1/2 later the lady kept on insisting we declined they're offer time after time. She finally said ok I'll get your discounts for the tour. Next thing we know another sales lady shows up trying to convince us once again.

By this time we were very frustrated and told the lady the time was up!! Her response was "you're on my time!!!!" After another 30 mins of telling her no!!! They take us to the supposed place where we were gonna get our discounts for the tours and once again another final salesman trying to get us to buy from them. After saying no for the thousandth time they finally gave us the discount.

Big mistake for trying to save a couple dollars on tours!!!!!Total time wasted 7 1/2 hours.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Time back.
